Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you have selected the correct services including the level of nail art you would like as well as any repairs or removals you require. These all add extra time to your appointment and we may not have time to add them on the day if they are not already included in your booking.

We don't remove or infill biab or acrylic from other salons so please arrive with bare nails to your first appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have limited space for clients to wait if you are more than a few minutes early.

If you are more than 15mins late we may not be able to honor your appointment and you will incur a cancellation fee

If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment in advance.

All clients must be aged 16 and over.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee before any future bookings can be made.
